Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been altered or tailored

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

• Our team will confirm the return request and provide return instructions.

• Ship the product back to our return address (shipping costs to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect).

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping charges.
